Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
- Service: the website, Telegram bot and all related functionalities of KamerJager, including Auto-Book.
- Provider: Energy67, sole proprietorship, Aerdenhout. Chamber of Commerce: 78287588.
- User: any natural person who creates an account or uses the Service.
- Auto-Book: the feature that allows KamerJager to automatically respond to room listings on behalf of the User.
- Subscription: paid access to the Service after the free trial period.
2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all use of the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
3. Account and registration
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You guarantee that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
- Phone number verification via SMS (Twilio) is required upon registration.
4. Free trial and subscription
- Upon registration you receive 3 days free access to the full Service.
- After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at €4.99 per month unless you cancel before it ends. After renewal, you can cancel monthly at any time.
- Payments are processed via Mollie.
- You can cancel at any time via your account page.
- Refunds are only possible within 14 days of the first payment (right of withdrawal), provided you have not actively used the Service.
5. Auto-Book
- By activating Auto-Book, you give KamerJager explicit permission to respond to room listings on your behalf that match your filters.
- Your personal data and cover letter are automatically shared with landlords.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data and cover letter you provide.
- KamerJager is not liable for consequences of incorrect or unwanted responses sent via Auto-Book.
- KamerJager does not guarantee that a response will lead to a viewing or rental agreement.
- You can disable Auto-Book at any time. Responses already sent cannot be retracted.
6. Use of the Service
- You may only use the Service for personal housing search purposes.
- Commercial use, spam, or deception is not permitted.
- We reserve the right to block or delete accounts in case of abuse.
7. Availability and liability
- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- KamerJager is a tool, not a real estate agent. We are not a party to rental agreements.
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior, max €50.
8. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights to the Service belong to Energy67. Copying, reverse-engineering, or distributing without permission is not allowed.
9. Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of the first payment. This right expires if you have actively used the Service. Submit your request via [email protected].
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the North Holland district.
